My body is repairing from the inside out.

I am in my 50's and I now take a minimum of 4 capsules (2 capsules 2x a day). Sometimes I take two capsules 3x a day. The older generation have less stem cells naturally being released from the bone marrow - so higher dosages can be beneficial.

While in South Africa recently a business associate of mine showed me the new hair coming in on her scalp after taking the product for 4 months.
