Rick continues to drive the camper van from the Basque country on the Atlantic coast as he travels eastwards towards the Mediterranean, enjoying different local dishes along the way.

Rick and the camper van head towards the land of El Cid and its classic landscape of castles and vast plains. They then make their way to La Mancha a region which is famous for it’s rustic dishes and wine.

Rick makes his way to the little known region of Extramadura, which is famous for pimenton and the Spanish ham Iberico. He then makes his way to Seville, which is the the home of tapas and flamenco.

I like Rick, he is a really laid back chef, he does wonderful things with fish. I adore Spain as well so will really enjoy watching the videos later. We went to Seville last time I was in Spain, totally loved it. sunny Rick Stein's Spain 189843
