Having Chatbox Problems?

It happened yesterday El, for about 20 mins Saffy and I were connected/disconnected for ages. I am using Firefox, not sure about Saffy, but will ask her to post here.

I think it's to do with a conflict with the HTML script.
I've taken off the universal email widget as it was rarely used and also the translation widget. Hopefully this will stop all those pesky Yanks with no grasp of proper English from reading our site.
