But simple words such as these
cannot possibly describe
the burning yearning desire
that I feel inside.

These words cause me pain
Heartache and distress.
For I long to be by her side,
To give her the warmth of my caress.

I tell her I want her.
I am driven insane
by her body and mind.
I have eyes for no other,
For she is one of a kind.

We tell each other it is fate.
Some things cannot be explained,
Perhaps they are simply meant to be,
There is no resistance,
To what is destiny.

How does a man know
when he has found The One?
When from the coldness of night
comes the warmth of the sun,
When swallows sing their song
so much more sweetly than before,
And the soul wanders helplessly
lost in the realms of deep amour,
Every breath is a blessing
for it gives another moment in time,
To savour the soft kiss
of someone truly Divine,
What is the meaning of life
if it is not to love?
To soar amongst the stars
in the skies above?
Within every beating heart
lies a void yearning to be filled,
Calling out to its master
for destiny to be fulfilled,
Every Yin has its Yang
waiting to be found,
Every Hadit has his Nuit
waiting to be crowned,
How does a man know
when he has found The One?
When the heart has no more need
To seek an end to the question.
